The Bookkeeper BOSS Retreat is four full intentional days inside a private house in Colorado Springs with a small group of women who are at your level & ready to go further. We work hard, we rest well & we leave different.

You can expect working sessions, deep conversations, mindset breakthroughs, intentional downtime & the kind of connection that only happens when you're fully away from your day-to-day. This is the most intimate experience inside the RMBB family.

The retreat house is located at:

12720 Holmes Road, Colorado Springs, CO

You are responsible for your own transportation to & from the house. Parking is available on site if you're driving.

If you're using rideshare, the address is easy to find on Google Maps & Uber/Lyft.

Check-in is Sunday August 9th at 10:00 AM. Please do not arrive before 10:00 AM.

Check-out is Thursday August 13th by 10:00 AM.

Sessions start around 9:00 AM each day & wrap around 4:00 PM, leaving plenty of time to rest, connect & recharge in the evenings.

The daily schedule will be shared each morning, that's intentional. This retreat is designed to flex & flow based on the energy of the room, not a rigid agenda locked in months ahead of time.

What you CAN expect:

→ Sunday August 9th: Check-in at 10:00 AM. Get settled, connect & ease into the week.

→ Tuesday: Professional photography & headshot session on site.

→ Wednesday: A curated group excursion out in Colorado Springs. Details are a surprise. 🩷

→ Thursday August 13th: Check-out by 10:00 AM.

All meals are provided throughout the week - breakfast, lunch & dinner every day from Sunday evening through Thursday morning checkout.

You won't need to worry about grocery runs, restaurant reservations or anything food-related. Just show up & be fed.

If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please make sure those are noted so we can plan accordingly. Reach out in the Slack channel if you haven't shared that information yet.

→ Comfortable clothes for working sessions & our Colorado adventure

→ Something nicer for dinner & your photography session

→ Swimsuit - there's a hot tub

→ Layers & a light jacket: Colorado Springs evenings in August can get cool even when the days are warm

→ Sneakers or comfortable walking shoes for the excursion (must be closed-toe)

→ Sunscreen & sunglasses: Colorado sun is intense at altitude

→ Toiletries & anything you'd bring for a 4-night stay

Optional but helpful:

→ Business cards for connecting with your fellow attendees

→ Your favorite snacks for late nights

A note on unplugging:

This week is designed to give you space to breathe. We encourage you to be intentional about screen time outside of sessions so you can be fully present for the experience.

Come comfortable & come as yourself.

Think: casual but put together - something you can work in, relax in & enjoy Colorado in. Most of our ladies show up in jeans, leggings, shorts or comfortable business casual throughout the week.

Layers are highly recommended. Colorado Springs evenings in August can get cool & the house may vary room to room.

Don't forget a swimsuit, there's a hot tub. 🩷
