You'll be learning how to use AI in your bookkeeping firm, building real workflows and systems, and applying everything in real time during our labs. Every session leads directly into hands-on implementation — so by the time you leave on Saturday, you'll have things in your business that didn't exist when you walked in Friday morning.

You'll have opportunities to ask questions during every session, get support during labs, and participate in our open Q&A at the end of each day.

This is meant to be interactive and conversational, not a lecture. No question is too basic, and no topic is off-limits.

By the end of the weekend, you'll have:

→  AI workflows you've already tested and used

→  Client communication templates written in your voice

→  At least one complete SOP or documented process

→  A working setup inside Double (formerly Keeper)

→  A 30-day action plan you can start implementing Monday morning

You are responsible for your own meals on travel days and any dinners not included in your ticket tier.

You have two options:

→  Print it ahead of time and bring a physical copy

→  Download it to your laptop or tablet and use it digitally

Either works great. 

Recommended but not required:

→  ChatGPT and/or Claude (free accounts work — Pro versions are better, but not mandatory)

→  Double (formerly Keeper), if you already use it

→  Loom (free account is fine — we'll use this for SOP creation on Day 2)

→  Zapier (free account is fine for our purposes)

→  Google Drive or similar for saving your work from the labs

Important for Day 2: We'll be demonstrating how to connect Claude directly to your Double account. To participate live, please download the Claude desktop app (NOT just the browser version) at claude.ai/download before you arrive.

You do NOT need everything set up perfectly. Free accounts and demo versions work fine. We'll walk through everything together.

Come comfortable and come as yourself.

Think: casual but put together, something you can sit and work in for several hours. Most of our ladies show up in jeans, leggings, or comfortable business casual.

Layers are highly recommended. Hotel meeting rooms can be unpredictable with temperature, and we want you focused on learning, not freezing or overheating.
