Welcome to the Bookkeeper's Bestie Club (“BBC”), a group coaching membership operated by Rescue My Bookkeeping Business LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Coach”). These Terms of Service and Refund Policy (the “Terms”) explain what you can expect as a member and what we ask of you in return. By joining BBC, completing checkout, and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
These Terms are a plain-language summary of the membership relationship. Members also enter into the Bookkeeper's Bestie Club Coaching Agreement at enrollment. If anything in these Terms appears to conflict with your signed Coaching Agreement, the signed Coaching Agreement governs.

1. What Your Membership Includes
As an active BBC member in good standing, you receive:
- Four (4) group coaching calls per month, typically held as weekly virtual sessions of approximately 60 minutes each. The schedule is posted at least 7 days before the start of the following month.
- Access to the BBC community messaging app, where you can connect with the Coach and other members.
- Access to the BBC template library, including a selection of templates inside the Template Shop.
- Additional trainings, resources, and member benefits as made available from time to time.
We may update, improve, substitute, or adjust the specific tools, platforms, templates, and resources offered within the membership at our discretion, so long as the overall value of the membership is maintained. The messaging platform and software tools used to deliver the membership may change over time.

2. Membership, Billing & Minimum Commitment
Membership Fee
Membership is billed at $450 per month (USD), charged automatically to your payment method on file via your registration/checkout link. Your billing date is based on the date you enroll.
3-Month Minimum Commitment
BBC requires a 3-month minimum commitment. By joining, you agree to remain a paying member for at least three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles. The minimum commitment applies regardless of how often you attend calls or use the membership materials.
After your 3-month minimum is complete, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis until you cancel.
Automatic Renewal
Your membership renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged on each billing date until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation process below. By enrolling, you authorize these recurring charges.
Failed or Late Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause your access to the membership until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for any amounts owed for your minimum commitment period.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time after your 3-month minimum commitment has been completed. To cancel:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line “BBC Cancellation Request.”
Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your cancellation request to be processed. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email using the subject line above; cancellations are not accepted through the community chat, social media, or other channels.
Because cancellations can take up to 10 business days to process, we recommend submitting your request before your next billing date if you wish to avoid an additional charge. Once your cancellation is processed, you will not be billed for future cycles. You will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise required.
Cancellation requests submitted before the 3-month minimum is complete will take effect at the end of the minimum commitment period; the remaining minimum payments will still apply.

4. Refund Policy
All payments for BBC are non-refundable, except as expressly provided under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee below. Your payment reserves the Coach's time and a place in the program that would otherwise be available to someone else; as such, all funds paid are considered compensation for services made available to you and are not refundable outside of the guarantee terms.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your decision to join BBC, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following terms. To be eligible for a refund, all of the conditions below must be met:
- Active Participation. You must actively participate by attending at least two (2) live sessions and engaging with the available content (trainings, group chat, etc.).
- Refund Request Period. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your membership start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
- Content Access Limit. Refunds will not be granted if you have accessed more than 25% of the training content, received any discount on other products (including but not limited to templates), or attended the complimentary CEO Weekend.
- Exit Survey. Upon submitting a refund request, you agree to complete a brief exit survey so we can learn from your experience and better serve future members.
- Community Integrity. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of disruptive behavior or a negative impact on the group dynamic. Members are expected to engage respectfully with the community.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that the 30-day money-back guarantee is designed to give you a fair opportunity to experience BBC while maintaining the integrity of the program and community. Refund requests that do not meet all of the conditions above will not be approved.

5. The Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a team effort. You will get out of the membership what you put into it. By joining, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results. The Coach is not liable or responsible for any action or inaction, or any direct or indirect result of the services provided.
- Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or professional legal, medical, financial, or other qualified advice. It is your responsibility to seek independent professional guidance as needed.
- Coaching does not diagnose or treat any mental disorder or medical condition.
- We make no guarantee that your business will grow as a result of participating. You are responsible for performing the actions necessary for your own business growth.
The Coach reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a coaching session by providing notice at least two (2) hours before the scheduled session.

6. Member Responsibilities & Community Conduct
To keep BBC valuable for everyone, members agree to:
- Engage respectfully with the Coach and fellow members at all times.
- Communicate through the designated community messaging app rather than other channels (such as personal email, social media direct messages, or social media comments) for program participation.
- Complete brief member surveys when requested, including quarterly and end-of-membership feedback, to help us improve the program.
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community whose conduct is disruptive, harmful, abusive, or detrimental to the group dynamic. Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle the member to a refund.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
In the course of the membership, you will benefit from proprietary systems, strategies, templates, and techniques developed by the Coach (“Proprietary Information”). The Coach's business depends on the ability to share these insights with members across the program.
You agree not to share, distribute, resell, or disclose the Coach's Proprietary Information — including templates, trainings, frameworks, and materials — to any third party, directly or indirectly, during your membership or after it ends. Membership materials are licensed for your own business use only and may not be redistributed.
We treat information you share within the coaching relationship as confidential and will not disclose your name as a reference without your written consent, except as permitted in your Coaching Agreement (for example, where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm). Please note that the Coach-Client relationship is not a legally privileged relationship like those with medical or legal professionals.

8. Use of Member Wins & Testimonials
From time to time we love to celebrate member wins. We will only use your name, business name, image, or testimonial in our marketing or promotional materials with your permission, consistent with your Coaching Agreement. We will never share your private or confidential business information.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
BBC is provided on an “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the coaching, the results you may achieve, or your business outcomes.
We are not responsible for technical difficulties with hardware, software, connectivity, or other technological aspects of virtual sessions, and we do not guarantee that conferencing software or group sessions will be free from technical problems or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Coach be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. The Coach's entire liability for any claim, and your sole remedy, shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the membership in the period giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, severe weather, accident, earthquake, governmental order, pandemic or epidemic, telecommunications or electrical failures, network failures, acts of God, terrorism, civil commotion, or labor disputes.

10. General Terms
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
- Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment or renewal applies to that period. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with your signed Coaching Agreement and checkout acknowledgment, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding your BBC membership.
